We are Accredited Professional Organisers that formed a friendship whilst training with Dilly Carter from BBC1 “Sort Your Life Out” where we quickly realised this was the career for us and we would be the perfect DUO to work together.
Working with many families across the South East we have seen firsthand the difference decluttering and organising can make to people’s lives.

Hi, I’m Karen, and I live by the sea in Shoreham with my partner Nick and our two children. Throughout my career, I’ve always held roles that required a high level of organisation, from arranging ski holidays to working as a move coordinator for a bank in London, overseeing a large office relocation.
Since having kids, I’ve realised that having less really does reduce my stress and help me to keep my home manageable. Juggling home life, work, and being a mum can be a challenge, but helping others simplify their home lives to reduce their stress makes me so happy.
What I love most about my job is reading the texts from clients with stories about hosting guests or playdates in a space they once felt embarrassed to invite others into. Or someone after a house move saying they have told people it is the best money they have ever spent when it came to the move .

Hello, I am Hayley I live in Cheam, London with my husband and two children. For 14 years I had a fantastic career as a primary school teacher, which I loved. However, I decided that it was time for a change. I was always known for being super organised at school so I decided to turn this love of being organised into a career and have enjoyed every minute of it.
The difference that living in an organised and calm space has had on my wellbeing is huge. Having systems in place to ensure that my house feels more manageable is essential. Life is busy and can be stressful, I believe that we should all live in a calm environment and it is my goal to help you achieve this. Helping people declutter and organise their homes and making a difference to someone’s life is a fantastic feeling.
